- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), cut into bite-size pieces
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
- 2 cups cauliflower rice steamed or sautéed
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing keto-friendly, store-bought or homemade
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
